For the upcoming 2026 Spring season for grades 1st-8th

Most grade levels have multiple team options. Internally, we tier our youth teams to help better understand where each group is in their overall development process. While development and growth are always our top priority, the way we approach that development can vary based on the team and the individual player. More detailed information about these tiers and how development is structured will be discussed prior to the season during our parent meetings.
Competitive teams are for athletes who are ready for a higher level of play, commitment, and competition. These teams practice with greater intensity and compete against strong opponents to challenge players at an advanced pace.
Advancing teams are for players who are developing consistency and confidence and are working towards a higher competitive level. The focus is on skill growth, game understanding, and preparing athletes for higher competition over time.
Building teams are designed for players who are still developing foundational & competitive skills. These teams emphasize learning, confidence, and enjoyment while building a strong base for future growth.
All evaluations are made within each age group. While ALL younger athletes are still building foundational skills, some may be advancing relative to their peers. Team tiers reflect where players fall within their grade, not a comparison to older or younger age levels.
